Delete your account

You can permanently delete your VitalUp account and everything linked to it at any time. The fastest way is in the app. If you can't open the app, send us a request below.

Delete in the app

Open VitalUp and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to your account details.

Confirm. Your account, its data and your profile photo are deleted from our servers straight away, and the app's data is wiped from your phone.

Want a copy first? Use Profile > Account details > Export my data before deleting. Deleted data can't be recovered.

Within 72 hours

Request deletion on the web

For when the app is uninstalled or you can't sign in. We'll check that the email belongs to you before deleting anything.

What should we delete?

I understand that deleted data can't be recovered, and that this doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile and profile photo
Meals, water, sleep, weight, mood and screen-time settings
Workouts and their GPS routes
Health questionnaire answers and backups
Points, badges, friends and challenges
Your subscription record at RevenueCat

What stays

Emails about your request, so we can show it was handled
Products you added to the food catalogue, which aren't linked to you
Your Google Play subscription, until you cancel it in Google Play
